Dalton Dalrymple serves clients & customers in Southeast Alabama & Southwest Georgia.
Dalton was raised on his family’s cotton, peanut, and cattle farm in Coffee County, Alabama,
where a work ethic, knowledge, and sense of land stewardship was instilled at an early age.
Dalton’s knowledge of and passion for the land industry is deeply rooted in his love of the
outdoors and his generational connection to managing land. His willingness to serve and learn
from others has also set him apart in the land business.
Dalton graduated from Huntingdon College in 2016 and was a four-year member of the baseball
team. In 2017, Dalton started his career in the land industry, serving clients and customers in
marketing and buying agricultural, recreational, and timberland properties. Dalton is a top-
producing land broker in the Southeast and credits his successful career to the many great
relationships he has built with clients, mentors, and other professionals in the land & agriculture
industries.
Dalton has been an active member of the Realtors Land Institute since 2018. He has served on
the board of directors and was elected President of the Alabama Chapter in 2023. Dalton is a
multiple recipient of RLIs APEX awards for sales volume, and in 2024 earned the prestigious
Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. At present, less than one thousand land sales
professionals nationwide hold this designation.
Dalton, his wife Lindsey and their two sons, John Dixon & Jones, live on their farm in Coffee
County. Dalton and his sons rarely come inside the house with clean clothes, and all love the
time and effort that goes into growing crops, trees, cattle, and wildlife. Dalton and his family live
and breathe the life he promotes in the land business.
