Stonewall Farm is 119 acres +/- of hunting and recreational land for sale in the Stonewall community of Dallas County, Alabama. I helped these good folks purchase the farm as a family recreational getaway about a decade ago, and they feel it is time for some new people to enjoy it. Paul Grist Park is only 3-4 miles to the north, which offers a 100 acre public fishing lake.

Parcel B is 117.15 acres +/- located in T18N, R10E, Sec 1 also described as Dallas County Tax Assessor Parcel ID# 07010100000240000. Property taxes for 2022 were approximately $290.

Location- The address to this property is 840 Dallas County Road 846, Selma, Alabama 36701. The farm is located between the Stonewall and Summerfield communities off County Road 39.
