This tract has good straight boundary lines and an extremely flat topography, with Big Brush Creek running through the south side of the tract.  The property was recently clear cut within the past 2 years (2022) and was also replanted in (2023) in a stand of Loblolly Pines.  The tract has a good internal road system that allows access to the majority of the tract with a truck, tractor or UTV.
